Strato Order Book (STRATOOB), is a dynamic multi-functional customized cloud-based mobile sales application and dashboard that will digitize and enhance the current order and return processes. In doing so it will remove risks, reduce losses, improve operational efficiencies, eliminate administrative challenges and the associated costs within Nestlé South Africa’s business. In order to best understand and recognize the value proposition, an in-depth business analysis was conducted through a workshop and various meetings at Nestlé’s Head Office.
